Lastly, Shihan Bennest, Sensei Alicia and all of our staff would like to take a moment and share our gratitude with all of you: Our students, families and our community. For those standing with us, staying with us, and bonding together to help us make it through this tough time. We are truly thankful, grateful and blessed. Many of you have shown us what true family and community is, and to you all, a most heartfelt and sincere ‘Thank You‘! And hopefully many hugs down the road. <3
While we know times are difficult and truly discouraging right now to many of you, as well… We encourage you to find a way to enjoy this holiday season. Whatever your beliefs are, December and the New Year can be a time of readjusting our mindset, finding joy in the smallest things around us and remembering to be grateful for the things in life that give it meaning to us. Take a moment to cherish those things.
It is our sincerest hope that this holiday season will bring your peace, relaxation and rejuvenation from the challenging 2020 calendar year. We look forward to rejoining with you and hopefully reopening our Dojo doors sometime at the beginning of 2021, when we can all renew our spirit and focus, and hopefully, a return to some normalcy in our training.
Shihan Bennest, Sensei Alicia and our amazing Karate Edge Staff
